Uses:
As buffer agent, cultured agent in industry; Bacterial culture, flavouring agent of synthetic rice wine, raw material for potassium metaphosphate, cultured agent, food fortifier, expander, ferment auxiliary; High-efficient phosphorus (P) and potassium (K) compound fertilizer.
